About us

The body needs a lot of support. Anything you can do to support the body is a good thing. Acupuncture, massage, energy work, good clean diet,  herbs and supplements; these are all good as long as you don’t overdo it. Remember that your body is in service to you, not the other way around.

Nourishing ourself, treating ourself kindly and honoring our body; all lead to cultivating a more supportive relationship with self and others. This expands the deeper wisdom for making right choices in our lives. When we know ourselves, when we're in touch with the true needs, then we know what right action to take in our lives to find balance.
