You will learn ancient techniques to keep your skin young and healthy. We’ll discuss the benefits of applying various natural plant oils with self-massage to relieve daily stress of the nervous system and muscle tension. What to bring: Please be prepared to dampen your garments with oil at class. Wear comfortable clothing, such as loose fitting shorts and an old T-shirt or tank top. Bathing suits may also be worn under your clothing. Bring an old towel, one hand towel, and a yoga mat, if you have one.

You will receive a small bottleof organic massage oil for use during nth eclass and a hand out to get you started in your daily Abhyunga routine.
